Description of the offer
Cairnpost sells three advertising placements: the Weekday Brief Newsletter Credit ($190 CAD, three editions), the Trailhead Audio Sponsor Stone ($540 CAD, three episode mentions) and the Cairn Partner Stack ($1,080 CAD, a six-week combined package). Full descriptions are on our services page.
Eligibility and obligations
You must provide accurate business and billing information when booking a placement, and creative that you have the right to publish. We may decline creative that is misleading or unlawful.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once we send written confirmation of your dates and price, and we invoice according to our advertising terms. See the refund policy below for what happens if a placement does not run as agreed, and the cancellation policy for changing or ending a booking.
Intellectual property
The Cairnpost name, logo and site content belong to HARVARD BROADCASTING INC. Advertiser-supplied creative remains the advertiser’s property; we use it only to deliver the booked placement.
Acceptable use
You may not submit creative that is unlawful, misleading, or unrelated to the business named in your booking, and you may not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site.

General information. Content on this site is provided by HARVARD BROADCASTING INC. for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional or financial advice.
Professional advice. Nothing on this site substitutes for advice appropriate to your own business circumstances.
Accuracy and availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep prices and descriptions current, but placements, formats and prices may change, and final scope is confirmed in your individual booking.
Results. We describe the format, reach and process of each placement factually; we do not promise a particular business outcome from any placement.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, HARVARD BROADCASTING INC. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or a booked placement.
Payment & Refund Policy
Scope. This policy covers payments for the three advertising placements described above.
Eligibility. If we fail to deliver a placement as confirmed — for example a scheduled mention does not run — you are entitled to a make-good in a comparable edition or episode, or a refund for the missed portion.
How to request. Email [email protected] or call +1 306-546-6200 with your booking details.
Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable cases. Placements that ran as confirmed, and creative delays caused by the advertiser, are not refundable. The full long-form version of this policy is at cancellation and refunds.
Returns Policy
How to cancel. Email [email protected] or call during office hours, Monday – Friday, 09:00–18:00.
Returns windows. Cancelling more than five business days before your first scheduled edition or episode gives a full refund; cancelling within five business days is subject to the fee described in our advertising terms.
Rescheduling. We offer rescheduling to the next available slot as an alternative to cancelling, at no extra charge.
Returnss by Cairnpost. If we cannot run a confirmed placement, we offer a full refund or a rebooking at your choice.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the applicable laws of Canada.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
