Payment & refund policy

Scope
This policy covers payments for the Weekday Brief Newsletter Credit ($190 CAD), the Trailhead Audio Sponsor Stone ($540 CAD) and the Cairn Partner Stack ($1,080 CAD).
Cancelling a booking
Cancel by emailing [email protected] or calling +1 306-546-6200 during office hours, Monday – Friday, 09:00–18:00, Central Standard Time (CST, no daylight saving) — Regina. Include your booking confirmation and the placement you are cancelling.
Returns windows
Cancelling more than five business days before the first confirmed edition or episode gives a full refund. Cancelling within five business days of the first confirmed edition or episode is subject to a fee equal to one edition or episode’s share of the price, to cover creative work already completed. For the Cairn Partner Stack, the same five-business-day window applies to the first scheduled week of the six-week run.
Rescheduling instead of cancelling
Where your dates no longer work, we offer rescheduling to the next available edition, episode or start week at no extra charge, as an alternative to cancelling outright.
Eligibility for a refund
Beyond cancellation, a refund is available where we fail to deliver a confirmed placement as agreed — for example a scheduled mention does not run, or runs materially differently from the approved creative through our error.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your booking details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within one business day.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Non-refundable cases
Placements that ran as confirmed are not refundable. Delays caused by late or non-compliant creative from the advertiser are not grounds for a refund, though we will work with you on a make-good where possible.
Returnss by Cairnpost
If we are unable to run a confirmed placement — for example due to a production issue on our side — we offer you the choice of a full refund or a rebooking into the next available slot.
