What exactly is included in each placement?

The Weekday Brief Newsletter Credit is a sponsor credit and 40-word note over three editions; the Trailhead Audio Sponsor Stone is three host-read mentions across three weekly episodes; the Cairn Partner Stack combines sidebar placement, four newsletter credits, four podcast mentions and one Q&A article over six weeks.

What area do you cover?

Regina and southern Saskatchewan, including the Cathedral neighbourhood, Wascana, Moose Jaw, the Qu’Appelle Valley and the Warehouse District.

What format does the newsletter placement take?

A short HTML sponsor block within the regular Weekday Brief email, edited by our newsroom before it is sent.

How long does a placement run?

The newsletter and podcast placements each run three editions or episodes; the Cairn Partner Stack runs for six weeks.

How do I start a booking?

Send your details through the contact form on our home page, or call during office hours. We reply within one business day.

What happens after I send a message?

Our advertising coordinator checks the publishing calendar, confirms which edition or episode fits your dates, and sends a written confirmation.

How much lead time do you need?

We ask for creative within a few business days of booking, so the confirmed edition or episode can go ahead as scheduled.

What does the assessment step involve?

We check your dates against upcoming editions and episodes, then confirm which slots are still open before anything is booked.

What do the listed prices include?

The format, run length and deliverables described on our services page, with no separate production fee for standard creative.

How do I pay for a placement?

We invoice once a booking is confirmed; payment details are set out in the invoice and in our advertising terms.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booked placement?

What if I am not satisfied after a placement runs?

Our Payment & refund policy sets out how make-goods and refunds are handled.
